With much excitement, the first order of Bibles has been placed for our Malawi fundraiser! Due to the extensive time required to ship packages to Malawi, we have partnered with the Bible Society of Malawi to equip Pastor Anthony with Bibles that he is able to pick up locally. These Bibles are going directly to those who are still significantly impacted by the devastating floods. The majority of those residing in this region speak the native language, "Chichewa." The first round of Bibles Pastor Anthony will be receiving are carefully translated into this native language allowing God's Word to reach these people.
This order includes 40 Chichewa Bibles that will be picked up within the next few days by Pastor Anthony to distribute amongst his people. As this is a huge leap towards our goal, we still strive to equip Pastor Anthony with 60 more Bibles! Please consider donating toward and sharing this fundraiser! The next round of Bibles will include 28 New King James Versions that will be sent from our home location in America. These Bibles will be used in combination with the Chichewa Bibles to reach those in the area that primarily speak English.
